One of the prettiest and earliest flowering goldenrods. Blooms in June-July, and reaches 18" (45cm) high. Compact form. Many people wrongly think goldenrods cause allergies. Their heavy pollen is not wind-borne, but rather carried by insects, so it is non-allergenic. Full sun on dry to medium soils. You can make yellow dye from the flowers.
